Main office Yiwu, Zhejiang, China

Everything between a factory floor and your warehouse.

Rukyan International Limited is licensed across seven lines of business. In practice they overlap constantly — a single client might have us research a product, make it, inspect it and ship it in the same quarter.

01 — International trade

We buy in our name, and sell to you.

Most import problems start with the contract. You are in Rotterdam or Chicago, the supplier is a workshop in Zhejiang that does not speak English, and if the goods are wrong there is nobody to hold responsible.

We take that risk off you. Rukyan International Limited purchases the goods as the buyer of record and sells them on to you under a Hong Kong contract. Your counterparty is a registered company, not an anonymous factory.

  • One contract covering every supplier in the shipment.
  • One invoice and one payment, in USD or EUR.
  • Supplier vetting — business licence, capacity and history checked before we buy.
  • Escrowed risk — we pay the factory; you pay us against agreed terms.
  • Incoterms from EXW to DDP, whichever suits your side.

02 — Import & export

The paperwork that actually clears customs.

A shipment is only as good as its documents. We prepare the export side in China and give your broker exactly what they need at the other end — correctly classified the first time.

We have shipped regularly into Russia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, the UK and the United States, so we know which certificate each of those customs authorities will stop the container over.

03 — Wholesale & retail

Container loads, or one pallet of forty different things.

Distributors want depth: one product, high volume, best possible unit price. Shops and market traders want the opposite — breadth, small quantities, and an assortment that fills a shelf.

Yiwu is built for both. We handle a 40' container of a single SKU and a mixed pallet from thirty different stalls with the same process.

Wholesale supply

Volume pricing negotiated directly with manufacturers. Repeat orders held at agreed prices so your margins stay predictable.

Retail assortments

Mixed lots across many suppliers, consolidated into one shipment. Ideal for shops, market traders and seasonal ranges.

Sample-to-shelf

We can price a full shelf plan — the item, its packaging and its retail box — as a single landed cost.

Repeat stock

Once a line works, we keep the supplier, the spec and the price on file and simply re-run it when you say go.

04 — E-commerce

Restocking for people who sell online.

Marketplace sellers do not fail because they cannot find a product. They fail because the restock arrives three weeks late, the barcode is wrong, or the box is crushed and the listing gets suppressed.

We work to your calendar, not the factory's. Goods are labelled, barcoded and packed to your marketplace's rules before they leave Yiwu.

  • Product research against your category and target margin.
  • Barcodes & labels — FNSKU, EAN, or your own, applied in our warehouse.
  • Retail-ready packaging designed and printed in China.
  • Prep to marketplace spec — carton limits, weight limits, polybag rules.
  • Timed replenishment so stock lands before you sell out, not after.
  • Direct to fulfilment centre or to your own warehouse.

05 — Consulting services

Sometimes the honest answer is "don't import this".

A unit price from a Chinese supplier is not what the product costs you. Freight, duty, VAT, certification, packaging and defects all sit between that number and your shelf — and they are what decide whether the deal works.

We model the whole thing before you commit, and we will tell you when the numbers do not work. It costs us a small job and saves you a large mistake.

Landed cost modelling

Goods, freight, duty, VAT and handling — the real number at your door, before you order.

Supplier due diligence

Business licence, export history, factory capacity and a physical visit before your money moves.

Market entry

Which certification your category needs, what the competition already lands at, and where the margin actually is.

Existing supply review

Already importing? We will benchmark your current supplier's price and quality against the market.

06 — Investment activities

When the relationship outgrows the purchase order.

Clients who run the same line for years eventually want more than a buying relationship — exclusivity in their market, ownership of the tooling, or a stake in the production itself.

Our Hong Kong registration makes that straightforward to structure, and our presence in Zhejiang makes it possible to actually oversee.

  • Tooling & moulds — funded and owned by you, held at the factory under agreement.
  • Exclusive supply negotiated for your territory.
  • Joint ventures with vetted manufacturers, structured through Hong Kong.
  • Capacity commitments — reserved production ahead of your season.
  • Long-term price agreements that hold across the year.

07 — Manufacturing

Your product, your brand, made to your sample.

Buying what already exists is easy. Having something made the way you want it — the right material, your logo, your packaging, a spec that survives shipping — is where most first-time importers come unstuck.

We match your drawing or sample to a factory that genuinely makes that category, run the sampling loop until it is right, and hold production to the approved sample.

Specification

Your drawing, sample or photo becomes a written spec in Chinese — materials, dimensions, tolerances, finish, packaging.

Factory matching

We shortlist manufacturers that actually make this category, and quote it against each of them.

Sampling

Pre-production samples, revised until you approve one. That approved sample becomes the contractual reference.

Tooling & branding

Moulds, print plates, logo application and packaging artwork — produced and paid for once, then reused on every run.

Production & inspection

We chase the line, then check the output against your approved sample before it is packed.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most clients aren't, at first. Describe the product and the destination — we will tell you what the job actually is.
