International trade
Buying and selling across borders as principal, not broker.
Rukyan International Limited is registered in Hong Kong and operates from Yiwu, Zhejiang — a hundred metres from the market where most of what we ship begins.
Who we are
Importing from China asks two different things of a partner, and they rarely live in the same place. You want somebody physically present in the market — able to find the product, judge the factory and check the goods. You also want to sign a contract and send money somewhere you can trust.
Our structure answers both. The company is registered in Hong Kong, so you contract with a Hong Kong entity under a familiar legal system and pay into a Hong Kong corporate account. The work happens in Yiwu, where our team sources, inspects, consolidates and exports.
We are a trading company rather than a directory. We do not hand you a supplier's number and take a finder's fee. We buy the goods, we own the problem, and we answer for what arrives.
Scope of business
On paper these are separate lines of business. In practice a single client uses several of them in one order — which is exactly why they sit under one roof.
Buying and selling across borders as principal, not broker.
Clearance, documents and certification on both sides.
Bulk supply and mixed retail assortments.
Research, prep and restocking for online sellers.
Landed cost, due diligence and market entry advice.
Tooling, exclusivity and joint ventures in Chinese supply.
Custom production under your brand and specification.
Most orders touch three or four of these. You still deal with one company and one contact.
How we work
These are not slogans — they are the rules we lose money on when they are inconvenient.
If the landed cost does not work, if the category needs certification you do not have, or if the margin is not there — we will say so, even though the honest answer costs us the order. A client who loses money once does not come back.
Samples before bulk. Photos and video of your actual goods before loading. Nothing is shipped that you have not signed off on — because a defect found in our warehouse is a supplier's problem, and one found in yours is yours.
We negotiate in Chinese, as a Chinese buyer, at the prices a Chinese buyer pays. Our margin is on our own invoice where you can see it — not hidden inside a marked-up unit price.
We take one-pallet orders from people testing their first product. Several of our container clients started exactly that way, and we would rather grow with you than turn you away at the start.
Our clients
We ship worldwide. In these five we have regular clients, so the routes, the documents and the customs quirks are already familiar.
Clients visiting Yiwu are welcome at Chouyin Building. We will walk the market with you and show you the goods in person.
