You send the brief

We find it and quote
We locate the product across the Yiwu market and our factory network, compare several suppliers, and come back with a price, the MOQ and the lead time.
Samples
We order samples, inspect them ourselves, and courier them to you. You approve the exact item before any bulk order is placed.
Order & production
We place and pay the suppliers, chase production, and send you progress updates. You hold one contract with Rukyan International Limited, not with each factory.
Inspection & consolidation
Goods arrive at our Yiwu warehouse. We check quantity and quality against your approved sample, photograph everything, and consolidate every supplier into one shipment.
Export & shipping
We handle export clearance and book the vessel, train or truck. You get the documents, the tracking, and the arrival date.

Ningbo — one of the world's busiest ports — is two hours from our warehouse. That proximity is why we can put small volumes on a vessel without waiting weeks for space.
Full container
20', 40' and 40' High Cube. Your goods only, sealed at our warehouse and opened at yours. The cheapest option per cubic metre once you pass roughly 15 CBM.
Partial container
You pay for the space you use, from 1 CBM. We consolidate your suppliers into one booking and share the container with other cargo.
Faster routes
Air freight for urgent or high-value goods. Rail to Europe and the CIS when sea is too slow and air is too expensive.
